Customer Service is not Rocket Science.
It is a combination of Communication, Innovative Problem Solving and keen Leadership. It will take more than Houston to solve this deep-space dilemma.
Your mission control teams will complete assigned challenges with the ultimate goal of delivering six astronauts (eggs) to earth without crashing. The eggs represent customers and relationships.
Throughout this mission, teams will participate in training games designed to improve communication and promote problem-solving.
The key events of this program are:
- Communication Tower
- Space Walk
- Asteroids
- Isotope Removal
- and “WHAT?” and electronic trivia challenges
The mission culminates with the final challenge “Houston, We Have a Problem” in which teams build a device to rescue the 6 astronauts as quickly and safely as possible from the stranded capsule.
Your group is bound to enjoy this deep space adventure. After all, it’s about teamwork, not rocket science!
This event will incorporate points that were covered during the clients meeting and implement them in the activities goals and the corresponding challenge.
Duration: 1.5-2.5 Hours
